1 can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup tomato sauce/ketchup
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dried thyme

vinegar, thyme and tabasco. Cook, until the sugar dissolves. Cool to room
temperature.
2. Place the chicken in a zip lock plastic bag and add half the sauce.
Cover, refrigerate both the chicken and the remaining sauce for 4-24 hours.
3. Coat a grill rack with nonstick spray. Remove the chicken from the
marinade. Coat the chicken pieces with nonstick spray and brush them with
some of the remaining marinade.
4. Grill, uncovered, 6-8 minutes. Turn the chicken over and brush with the
remaining marinade. Grill 6 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Discard any remaining marinade.
